Three documents, and one distinction that matters more than all of them.

🔴 The distinction to get right first

$SPRIVIO is the platform's own token. Its one official contract is 0xB185D4049015d9Cb9839Ed9911df81bF2B640C33 on Arc, listed on the $SPRIVIO page together with the earlier same-name tokens on Solana and Robinhood Chain, which are not the official token. We are responsible for what we say about it.

Tokens launched through Sprivio by other people are not ours. Anyone can deploy through the factory without asking us. We do not review them, vet them, endorse them or have any relationship with their creators. Appearing in our launched tokens list means the contract exists on-chain — nothing more.

If a token's name or logo resembles ours, that tells you nothing about who made it. Compare the contract address against the Security page.

Risk, in ten lines

Sprivio is a decentralised token launch platform.
The website does not custody user funds; the optional Telegram /vault trading wallet is an encrypted hot wallet held for you (see the Bot page).
You interact directly with smart contracts; every action is a transaction you sign.
Tokens launched through Sprivio may be created by independent third parties.
Sprivio does not endorse every token created using the platform.
Cryptocurrency and token trading involves substantial financial risk, including total loss.
Smart contracts may contain technical risks. Ours are unaudited.
You are responsible for verifying a token's contract before trading it.
Past performance does not indicate future results.
Sprivio does not guarantee the value, liquidity or performance of any token launched through the platform, including its own.
