Three documents, and one distinction that matters more than all of them.

🔴 The distinction to get right first

$SPRIVIO is the platform's own token. It has one contract, listed on the Security page, and we are responsible for what we say about it.

Tokens launched through Sprivio by other people are not ours. Anyone can deploy through the factory without asking us. We do not review them, vet them, endorse them or have any relationship with their creators. Appearing in our launched tokens list means the contract exists on-chain — nothing more.

If a token's name or logo resembles ours, that tells you nothing about who made it. Compare the contract address against the Security page.

The documents

Terms of Service — what the service is and what you agree to by using it.
Privacy Policy — what we collect (almost nothing) and who your browser talks to.
Risk Disclosure — the full list, written plainly.

Sprivio is a decentralised token launch platform.
Sprivio does not custody user funds.
You interact directly with smart contracts; every action is a transaction you sign.
Tokens launched through Sprivio may be created by independent third parties.
Sprivio does not endorse every token created using the platform.
Cryptocurrency and token trading involves substantial financial risk, including total loss.
Smart contracts may contain technical risks. Ours are unaudited.
You are responsible for verifying a token's contract before trading it.
Past performance does not indicate future results.
Sprivio does not guarantee the value, liquidity or performance of any token launched through the platform, including its own.
