THE PLATFORM TOKEN

$SPRIVIO

$SPRIVIO now trades on Arc, Circle's chain, where the fees and the price are both in USDC. The only official contract is the copyable address block below on Arc. The other same-name addresses further down are earlier tokens, listed so you can tell them apart; any address that is not on this page is not ours.

Earlier: $SPRIVIO on Robinhood Chain

Sprivio started on Robinhood Chain, and the token launched there is a separate contract with its own supply. It still exists. Everything below is about that contract, read live from Robinhood Chain by your browser.

How close it is to graduating

This earlier Robinhood Chain token is still on its bonding curve. That is the single most important fact about where it trades today — and the one every charting site gets wrong, because they index the empty Uniswap pool instead of the curve where the trades actually happen.

Reading the curve from your browser…

Nothing about this is in our control. The curve fills when people buy and empties when they sell; we cannot push it, pause it, or move the threshold — it was fixed when the token was created. We are not predicting that it graduates.

What the Robinhood Chain token is for

Split honestly. The first list is what the token does today. The second is what we have written down as planned — none of it is live, and we are not going to dress it up as though it were.

Today

  • It is what the platform's income buys. On Robinhood Chain, the platform's share of every trading fee goes to a treasury whose only external call buys $SPRIVIO on the open market and sends it to the burn address. (On Base, BNB Chain and Arc that share goes to a platform wallet; on Solana, Sprivio's 40% goes to the platform's Solana wallet.) That is not a policy we can change — the contract has no other exit and no owner. Every burn is on the Proof page with its hash.
  • Anyone can trigger that burn and get paid for it. Call buybackAndBurn() when the treasury holds a balance and you keep 0.5% of it. You do not need our permission and we cannot stop you.
  • It is the unit the early-user distribution is paid in. One third of the team's tokens already sit in a contract that can only pay early users or burn itself.

Planned — not live

Everything in this list is Planned. Nothing here is shipped, and each item is gated on a condition published in the paper rather than on a date.

  • Planned — Creator benefits: a lower fee, or a longer protection window, for creators who hold.
  • Planned — Platform fee discounts for holders.
  • Planned — A reward pool that concentrates on one token a week rather than scattering across all of them.
  • Planned — One supply across every chain, so a burn anywhere reduces the global number.
  • Planned — Holder input on which chains we add next.

Each one's exact trigger is in the paper ↗

Fees on tokens launched through Sprivio

The official $SPRIVIO on Arc was launched through Argus, not through a Sprivio factory, so this table does not describe it: it charges 2% on buys and 2% on sells in USDC (70% to the creator wallet, 30% to Argus), as listed at the top of this page.

Trading fee on a Sprivio curve
1%, 2% or 3% — the creator picks one at launch and it is fixed into that token forever. Read feeBps() on the curve to see which
Launch fee
None. Launching is free on Solana and on all four EVM chains
Creator's share
On the EVM chains, 95% of that fee for the first 100 launches on each chain and 80% after (factories since 22 September 2026). Each curve records its own split in creatorFeeShareBps(), so tokens launched earlier keep the split they launched with. On Solana, 40%
Platform's share
The remainder. On Robinhood Chain it is paid to the buyback treasury, whose only exit is buying $SPRIVIO and burning it; on Base, BNB Chain and Arc it goes to a platform wallet; on Solana, Sprivio's 40% goes to the platform's Solana wallet
Transfer tax
None. The token has no fee-on-transfer code
Buy / sell tax
None beyond the curve fee above
Bridging
0.3% on cross-chain routes — buys routed through LI.FI (the bot and the token page) and transfers on the bridge page routed through Relay. On Base → Arc USDC through Circle CCTP Sprivio takes nothing; you still pay Circle's forwarding fee and Base gas. Always shown as its own line before you sign

These are compile-time constants with no setter. The Security page shows the bytecode search that backs that up.

What this is not

$SPRIVIO is not an investment product. There is no promise of price, listing, return or buyer. Liquidity is thin — check the live figures before you trade anything. A token someone else launches through Sprivio is a different thing entirely and is not endorsed by us.
