Sprivio is software for creating fixed-supply tokens and moving USDC to Arc. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or issuer of your token.

You use wallets you control. Projects and artwork on this public host stay in your browser storage unless you export them. Confirmed deployments are public on-chain facts.

The LaunchToken template is MIT-licensed generated code using OpenZeppelin Contracts. You are responsible for what you deploy and for complying with law in your location.

The bridge is an interface to Circle CCTP. Circle, Base, Arc, and wallet vendors are separate services with their own terms.

These terms can change when the product changes. Using the site after a change means you accept the current text.
